I am Mahibrata Das, a photographer, visual storyteller, and educator based in Kolkata, India. I hold an MFA in Photography & Image-Making from Paris College of Art and a B.Sc. in Media Science with a specialization in Photography. My academic background combines Photography, Media Studies, Journalism, Visual Communication, and Image-Making. My practice focuses on documentary, street, conceptual photography, photojournalism, and visual storytelling. As an educator, I teach photography and media through a combination of technical skills, creative thinking, visual language, storytelling, and critical engagement with images. I can teach Photography Fundamentals, Composition, Lighting, Documentary Photography, Street Photography, Conceptual Photography, Photojournalism, Visual Storytelling, Portfolio Development, and Media Studies.
