How do I book a session?
Sign up as a student, search for a tutor by subject or topic, select an available time slot, and pay securely from your wallet. Funds are held in escrow until the session is complete.
How do I become a tutor on Aedume?
Register as a tutor, complete your profile with qualifications and subjects, and submit for verification. Once approved, you can set your availability and start receiving bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can recharge your Aedume wallet using major credit/debit cards, UPI, and select digital wallets. All session payments are processed through the wallet's escrow system.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel more than 2 hours before a session or if a tutor cancels, you receive a full refund to your wallet. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
I'm an institution — how do I get started?
Register as an institution, and you'll be able to post batch requirements, manage faculty bookings, and access dedicated support. Reach out to us for enterprise pricing.
