How do live Surgery sessions work?
Sessions run as live 1-on-1 video calls on Google Meet. You book a slot from the tutor's availability, and a join link appears in your dashboard 5 minutes before the start time. Attendance is recorded automatically, so both sides have a record of what actually happened.
What if the Surgery session doesn't go ahead?
Your payment is held in escrow and only released to the tutor once the session is completed. If the tutor doesn't join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is cancelled automatically and refunded to your wallet in full. You can also raise a dispute from the session page.
